Tiffany is a native of Macon County. She attended Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998. She received her Master of Nursing Degree from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky in 2002. She is a certified family nurse practitioner, a member of the American Nurses Association, and a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
