Sam Baker
MD
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Baker recently completed his residency training at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland as well. He attended Tulane University for his bachelor’s degree, as well as a master’s degree in public health. He then earned his medical degree at LSU Health New Orleans School of Medicine. Dr. Baker is passionate about public health, with a focus on helping children stay healthy through prevention, education and early intervention.
When he’s not taking care of children, he enjoys photography, gardening, kayaking. And for a time, while living in New Orleans and working on his medical degree, Dr. Baker led kayak tours in the bayou. He and his wife have a dog, Auggie, and they are thrilled to be settled here in Middle Tennessee.
